The construction and management of pharmacy department are the basic conditions for the development of pharmaceutical pharmacy in medical institutions. The construction and development of disciplines, the transformation of service mode of pharmacy, the modernization of pharmacy and the construction of informatization in hospitals are increasingly becoming issues of great concern to pharmaceutical workers in medical institutions.
