患者男,28岁。1990年6月18日因乏力3个月、牙龈渗血1个月伴胸骨疼痛10余天入院,经骨髓涂片等检查确诊为急性早幼粒细胞白血病(M_3a)。6月20日开始用HOAP 方案(三尖杉酯碱、长春新碱、阿糖胞苷、强的松)治疗,当用到第3个疗程第5天,阿糖胞苷总量1.9g 时,患者出现畏寒、发热,T39～40.2℃,伴头痛、咳嗽、全身肌肉及骨关节疼痛、纳差、恶心、呕吐。双肺肩胛下区散在少量湿性罗音,血、尿、粪细菌培养(-),停药后36小时体温恢复正常。8月13日始
