本文采用窦性心律下心内膜标测及心室程序刺激的方法,对实验性心肌梗塞犬梗塞后7天、14天及2月检测记录的碎裂电位(FEA)进行观察。12只实验犬于不同时期可分别记录到FEA。对这些实验犬采用心室程序刺激可诱发室性心动过速(VT)。同步心肌病理学观察FEA与心肌的坏死有关,推测心肌的坏死和修复过程导致心肌纤维排列紊乱,缓慢和非同步传导电生理现象可能为产生FEA及局部折返的病理依据。
In this paper, sinus rhythm endocardial mapping and ventricular program to stimulate the method of myocardial infarction in dogs after 7 days, 14 days and February detection of recorded fragmentation potential (FEA) were observed. 12 experimental dogs were recorded in different periods of FEA. Ventricular tachycardia (VT) can be induced by ventricular program stimulation in these dogs. Synchronous myocardial pathology FEA and myocardial necrosis related to speculated that myocardial necrosis and repair process leading to myocardial fiber disorder, slow and asynchronous electrophysiological phenomena may produce pathological evidence of FEA and local reentry.
