当今,国内外质量管理的理念和方法已经发生了重大变化,特别是ISO9001-2008质量管理标准的出台,提出了质量管理新要求。在此形势下,我们感到核工程质量保证的内容和做法,不是僵化的、教条的和一成不变的,应该随着时代的发展而有所改进和创新,这样,才能保持质量保证的作用。核燃料后处理放化实验设施(CRARL)工程部注重采用一些方法,对质量工作改进和发展,以更好地满足《国防科技工业军用核设施质量保证规定》与核安全法规的要求。以下介绍CRARL质保部在供方评价、质保监查中进行的有益探索和实际做法,以期共同提高。
Today, the concepts and methods of quality management at home and abroad have undergone major changes, especially the introduction of ISO9001-2008 quality management standards, put forward new requirements for quality management. Under such circumstances, we feel that the contents and practices of nuclear engineering quality assurance are not rigid, dogmatic and immutable and should be improved and innovated with the development of the times so as to maintain the role of quality assurance. The CRARL Engineering Department focuses on ways to improve and develop its quality work so as to better meet the requirements of the “Regulations for the Quality Assurance of National Defense Science and Technology Industrial Nuclear Facilities and the Nuclear Safety Regulations.” The following describes the CRARL Quality Assurance Department in the supplier evaluation, quality assurance monitoring of the beneficial exploration and practice, with a view to jointly improve.
