在生产带有拨叉槽的花键齿轮时,由于拨叉槽处壁薄,热处理后变形较大,花键塞规通端通不过,影响了零件的装配。针对这一问题,我们设计了扩口工具,有效地解决了热处理变形后花键孔的校正问题,从而解决了装配上的难题,提高了生产效率。扩口工具的结构如图1所示,它由涨套1、心轴2、轴套3组成。涨套的结构如图2所示。涨套1的外径为φ55mm,花键底径为φ45mm,在花键底径上开六个等分的
