目的观察硝苯地平控释片对糖尿病合并高血压的降压效果和对胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法选择96例2型糖尿病合并高血压的患者随机分为A、B组,A组50例,B组46例。在控制血糖的同时,A组使用硝苯地平控释片,B组使用吲达帕胺治疗,治疗8周。治疗前后测血压、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、计算胰岛素抵抗指数。结果治疗8周后治疗组的血压较对照组明显下降,空腹血糖和空腹胰岛素下降,而对照组以上指标无明显变化。结论硝苯地平控释片不仅能有效控制糖尿病患者的血压,还能改善患者的胰岛素抵抗。
Objective To observe the antihypertensive effects of nifedipine GITS on insulin resistance in diabetic patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 96 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension were randomly divided into A and B groups, 50 cases in group A and 46 cases in group B. In the control of blood glucose at the same time, A group nifedipine controlled release tablets, B group using indapamide treatment for 8 weeks. Before and after treatment, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, fasting insulin, calculated insulin resistance index. Results After 8 weeks of treatment, the blood pressure of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, fasting blood glucose and fasting insulin decreased, while there was no significant change in the control group. Conclusion Nifedipine controlled release tablets not only can effectively control the blood pressure of diabetic patients, but also improve the patient’s insulin resistance.
