目的探讨产前超声对无脑儿的诊断价值。方法分析了78例无脑儿及其并发症的超声表现。结果 3例为双胎,其中2例双胎之一无脑儿,另1例双胎均为无脑儿,75例单胎妊娠,合并脊柱裂2例,其中1例合并双足畸形,7例羊水过多,1例膈疝、永久性右脐静脉,1例胸腹腔积液,1例合并唇裂、单脐动脉。结论超声是诊断无脑儿的首选检查方法。
Objective To investigate the value of prenatal ultrasound in the diagnosis of brainless children. Methods The ultrasound findings of 78 children without brain injury and their complications were analyzed. Results Three cases were twins. One of the two twins had no brain, and the other one had no brain. One hundred and seventy pregnancies with single pregnancy and two spina bifida were found. One of them had bipolar deformity and 7 Cases of polyhydramnios, 1 cases of diaphragmatic hernia, permanent right umbilical vein, 1 case of pleural effusion, 1 case of cleft lip, single umbilical artery. Conclusion Ultrasound is the first choice for the diagnosis of brainless children.
