0 引言胃肠道肿瘤的介入治疗主要有血管介入治疗、非血管介入治疗和血管介入和非血管的双介入治疗三种方法。血管介入治疗主要为经血管的灌注术和灌注栓塞术。非血管介入治疗主要为永久性带膜支架扩张术。血管和非血管双介入治疗是血管介入治疗和非血管介入治疗的联合应用,在胃肠道肿瘤的姑息治疗中,具有较大价值。
0 Introduction Interventional treatment of gastrointestinal tumors mainly includes three methods: vascular interventional therapy, non-vascular interventional therapy, and vascular interventional and non-vascular dual interventional therapy. Vascular interventions are mainly percutaneous transfusion and perfusion embolization. Nonvascular interventions are primarily permanent stent-graft expansion. Vascular and non-vascular dual-interventional therapy is a combination of vascular interventional therapy and non-vascular interventional therapy. It is of great value in the palliative treatment of gastrointestinal cancer.
