认清形势分析问题明确任务在党中央、国务院的正确领导下,在有关部门和地方各级党委政府的共同努力下,就业再就业工作取得了新的进展。今年前5个月,全国新增就业人员486万,达到全年目标任务(900万)的54%;近220万领取《再就业优惠证》的下岗失业人员实现了再就业,达到全年目标任务(500万人)的44%。其中,“4050”人员实现再就业47万人,达到全年目标任务(100万人)的47%。这些成绩取得的原因,主要是由于各级党委政府高度重视,加强了领导;各有关部门密切配合,加大了工作力度;各项扶持政策落实到位,逐步发挥出效应。
A Clear Understanding of the Problems of Situation Analysis Clearly Under the correct leadership of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, new progress has been made in the employment and reemployment work with the joint efforts of the relevant departments and the party committees and governments at all levels. In the first five months of this year, there were 4.86 million new employees in the country, up 54% of the annual target (9 million); nearly 2.2 million laid-off and unemployed people receiving “Re-employment Permits” achieved their re-employment and reached the full-year target 44% of the mission (5 million people). Among them, 470,000 people were re-employed for the “4050” personnel, reaching 47% of the annual target (1 million people). The reasons for these achievements are mainly due to the fact that the party committees and governments at all levels attach great importance to and strengthen their leadership; all relevant departments work closely with each other and intensify their efforts; and the implementation of various supportive policies has gradually taken effect.
