高职院校的办学目标就是培养适合社会发展所需的高素质技能型人才,所以在教学模式方面需要适应时代的发展形势。在社会快速发展的形势下,企业出现了“用工荒”现象,为了缓解这种社会压力,我校食品加工技术专业实行了现代学徒制人才培养模式,采用校企联合的方式进行理论与实践的双方面培养,学生不仅在综合素质方面有所提升,并且实践操作能力较强。学生以学徒的身份入学,就业也会有所保障,对于提升高职院校的教学水平具有重要的意义。
