农民增收是我国新时期全面建设小康社会进程中的重要突破口,也是维持国家安定团结的焦点难点问题之一,而促进农民增收的关键路径是要加大财政对农业的投入。本文通过回归模型分析了财政支出与农民收入的关系。并且分析了我国财政支出对农业投入中存在的问题,并提出了相应的政策建议。
Increasing peasants ’income is an important breakthrough in the process of building an overall well-to-do society in the new period in our country. It is also one of the most difficult and difficult problems in maintaining the stability and unity of our country. The key path to increasing peasants’ income is to increase the financial input to agriculture. This paper analyzes the relationship between fiscal expenditure and peasants’ income through regression model. And analyzes the problems existing in our country’s agricultural expenditure on agricultural investment, and puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
