选择2013年12月~2015年7月2型糖尿病患者100例作为观察组,另选择同期医院行高频超声检查的健康体检者100例作为对照组,高频超声检查对比两组有无斑块的形成以及斑块数量、分布、分型,并测量颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)。结果观察组颈动脉斑块检出率为73.00%,对照组为11.00%,(P<0.05);观察组共检出斑块208处,对照组共30处,两组斑块以颈动脉分叉处分布较多,但两组斑块分布和斑块分型比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组相比,观察组左侧以及右侧颈动脉IMT均显著升高,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病颈动脉IMT增加,高频超声可以对2型糖尿病患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的特征清晰显示,具有较高的临床应用价值。
