吴英华系吴式太极拳宗师吴全佑之孙女,吴鉴泉之女。她继承家学,功深艺精,走架形神酷肖其父。1921年任北京国术馆及1938～1941年任上海国术馆太极拳教师。建国后被上海市体育宫聘为太极拳教练,从学者甚多。自1942年起任鉴泉太极拳社社长。毕生致力于教拳传艺,门徒众多。为缅怀她的业绩,其女马江燕特为撰文《我的母亲》。
Wu Yinghua Department of Wu Taiji Master Wu Quanyou granddaughter, daughter Wu Kam-chuen. Devoted his life to teach boxing art, many disciples. In memory of her performance, her cousin Jiang Yan wrote an article entitled “My Mother.”
