The Devil’s Moment in the Day When you wake up from your dreams, you enter the first devil’s time of the day (6-9 am). Such as heart disease, stroke, bronchitis, emphysema, asthma and even cancer and other diseases, just around your side. For example, the onset of myocardial ischemia peaked at 7-8 am; arrhythmia occurred most frequently at 6-9 am. WHO surveyed 4769 patients with myocardial infarction, of which 28% onset in the morning. Another day in the “devil time” section is in the evening, when the probability of heart attack increased again. If you drink alcohol around 7pm, the time it takes for the liver to get rid of alcohol will be longer than at any other time of the day. Drinking alcohol is most intoxicating and the liver is most vulnerable.
