杭州华电半山发电有限公司扩建工程9FA燃气轮机CO2灭火系统的灭火机理是将受保护区域的氧气含量由21%降到15%以下。该系统由低压CO2储存罐、88RC-1A压缩机、CO2喷嘴和管道系统、火焰探测器、频闪警报器和发声警报器、CO2驱动的挡板门锁系统和引导控制柜与手动控制装置。调试前,应做好准备工作;然后进行CO2灭火系统的喷射实验和系统喷射浓度测试;系统调试结束后,恢复该系统至原始状态。
Expansion Project of Hangzhou Huadian Banshan Power Generation Co., Ltd. The fire extinguishing mechanism of 9FA gas turbine CO2 fire extinguishing system is to reduce the oxygen content of the protected area from 21% to less than 15%. The system consists of a low pressure CO2 storage tank, 88RC-1A compressor, CO2 nozzle and piping, flame detector, strobe and audible alarm, CO2-actuated flap locking system and pilot control cabinet and manual controls. Before commissioning, the preparation work should be done; then, the injection test of CO2 fire extinguishing system and the test of system injection concentration are carried out; after the system commissioning, the system is restored to its original state.
