目的探讨社区健康教育干预模式在建筑工地流动人口中开展艾滋病知识健康教育的效果。方法抽取两个大型建筑工地分别设为干预组和对照组,在两组中各随机抽取一定数量工人进行艾滋病知识的基线调查;基于基线调查的结果制定健康教育干预工作计划;系统干预后,对干预组和对照组再次随机抽取样本进行调查,对比干预组、对照组的差异,评价干预活动的效果。结果本次对建筑工地流动人口的干预活动产生了明显的效果,干预组的知识知晓率提升程度为17.3%,对艾滋病病毒感染者、患者及其家属的不歧视情况提升程度为23%,干预组和对照组差异有统计学意义。结论用社区开展健康教育的工作模式对建筑工人进行健康干预效果较好。
Objective To explore the effect of community health education intervention model on AIDS knowledge and health education among floating population in construction sites. Methods Two large construction sites were selected as the intervention group and the control group. A group of workers in each group were randomly selected for a baseline survey of HIV / AIDS knowledge. Based on the results of the baseline survey, a work plan for health education intervention was formulated. After systematic intervention, The intervention group and the control group were again randomly selected samples for investigation, compared with the intervention group, control group differences, evaluation intervention effect. Results The intervention on floating population in construction site had a significant effect. The knowledge-based awareness rate of the intervention group was increased by 17.3%, the non-discrimination against HIV-infected patients, their families and their relatives was increased by 23% The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion It is better to carry out health intervention on construction workers by using community health education.
