顶岗实习是实践教学必不可少的一个环节,也是高职学生职业技能形成的重要教学环节,可以使学生将理论知识及专业技能知识与生产相结合,为就业打下基础。本文分析西藏高职学生酒店顶岗实习普遍存在的问题,提出优化顶岗实习的一些对策。
Internship practice is an essential part of practical teaching, but also an important teaching link in vocational skills formation for higher vocational students. Students can combine theoretical knowledge and professional skills knowledge with production to lay the foundation for employment. This article analyzes the prevailing problems of hotel internships in higher vocational students in Tibet and puts forward some countermeasures to optimize internships.
