利用人胚胎及成熟组织做实验材料,通过Western杂交技术检测Rb基因的表达水平;藉以了解Rb基因与细胞生长、增殖及分化的关系。实验结果表明:(1)同一组织或器官随着月龄增加Rb蛋白的表达量逐渐增加;(2)不同的组织或器官Rb基因开始表达的时间顺序不同,Rb蛋白的表达量亦各不相同;(3)中年以后Rb基因的表达量明显降低。
The human embryonic and mature tissue were used as experimental materials to detect the expression level of Rb gene by Western blotting to understand the relationship between Rb gene and cell growth, proliferation and differentiation. The experimental results showed that: (1) the expression of Rb in the same tissues or organs increased gradually with the increase of age; (2) the expression of Rb in different tissues or organs began to express in different time sequence, ; (3) Rb gene expression was significantly reduced after middle age.
