为阐明主动脉旁体和肾上腺髓质细胞的功能特点,本实验应用组织化学方法,对胚胎21、28天及生后1、5、10、15天,1和2个月家兔主动脉旁体和肾上腺髓质细胞内9种酶的活性进行了比较观察。用四唑盐法显示琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和单胺氧化酶(MAO);用铅法显示酸性磷酸酶(AcP)、三磷酸腺苷酶(Mg~(2+)—ATP酶)、硫胺素焦磷酸酶(TPP酶)和葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶(G-6-P);用亚铁氰化铜法显示乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE);用偶氮色素法显示非特异性酯酶(NsE)。结果表明,胚胎21天时,两个器官的细胞除有较强的LDH活性外,其余各种酶活性均较弱。从胚胎期至生后早期,主动脉旁体细胞的SDH、LDH和Mg~(2+)-ATP酶,均较同期肾上腺髓质细胞活性强,尤以LDH
