我们读了4月7日贵报记者关于《马铃薯生产技术实现重大突破》的报道,由于文中提到了我们,有些情况作一下简要说明:辽宁省委宣传部赵普明同志,沈阳市计委王无同志和金鑫同志,3月2日下午来我院,谈及1980年在几处推广以整薯栽培为中心的马铃薯新种植法的增产效果,我们对金鑫同志几年来努力于这项丰产栽培试验,给予应有的鼓励。他们要求把试验列入国家计划进行推广。因为这项技术尚未经过正式鉴定,我们不便发表肯定的意见,只同意向有关部门报告他们的工作。我们曾建议他们在1981年继续进行细致的栽培方
