目的:研究加味一贯煎对抗结核药物异烟肼(INH)和利福平(RFP)联合使用后所致的Wistar大鼠肝脏损伤的防治作用。方法:通过ip INH 0.07 g·kg-1和ig RFP 0.07 g·kg-1,1次/日,持续8周诱导Wistar大鼠肝损伤模型,同时设高、中、低剂量(25.2,18,12.6 g·kg-1)加味一贯煎汤剂ig治疗8周后,观察动物的肝损伤表现,测定其血清中丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)含量;取肝脏测定肝组织匀浆中丙二醛(MDA)含量;并对肝脏进行肉眼观察及光学显微镜观察。结果:与模型组比较经加味一贯煎汤剂高、中、低剂量治疗后大鼠的血清中ALT,AST及肝组织匀浆中的MDA含量显著降低,肝组织病理损伤的程度明显减轻,而高、中、低剂量组间无显著差异。结论:加味一贯煎可在一定程度上改善抗结核药物INH和RFP联合使用后所致的Wistar大鼠肝脏损伤。
Objective: To study the preventive and therapeutic effects of Jiawei Jianjian on the liver injury of Wistar rats induced by the combined use of INH and Rifampicin (RFP). Methods: Wistar rats were induced with hepatic injury by ip INH 0.07 g · kg-1 and ig RFP 0.07 g · kg-1, once per day for 8 weeks. High, medium and low doses (25.2,18, 12.6 g · kg-1), and the decoction decoction ig was treated with ig for 8 weeks. The liver damage of the animals was observed and the contents of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) Malondialdehyde (MDA) content in liver homogenate was observed. The liver was observed by naked eye and light microscope. Results: Compared with the model group, the levels of ALT, AST and the content of MDA in the liver homogenate of rats treated with high, medium and low doses of flavored decoction decoction decreased significantly, and the extent of pathological damage of liver tissue decreased significantly There was no significant difference between high, medium and low dose groups. Conclusion: Modified flavored decoction can improve the liver injury of Wistar rats induced by INH combined with RFP to a certain extent.
