硝苯吡啶是一种抑制平滑肌细胞跨膜钙离子流的新型钙离子拮抗剂,尤其与β-阻滞剂联用时可减轻严重心绞痛。血小板对冠心病的过程可能起一定的作用。因为血小板的某些功能,必须有细胞外的钙离子参予,所以如果硝苯吡啶亦能抑制钙离子通过血小板膜,那么就可能影响血小板的反应性。本文探讨冠心病(coronary heart disease,CHD)患者服硝苯吡啶前、后的血小板粘附及凝聚功能和出血时间。
Nifedipine is a novel calcium channel blocker that inhibits the transmembrane calcium flux in smooth muscle cells. In particular, nifedipine reduces severe angina pectoris when used in combination with β-blockers. Platelets may play a role in the process of coronary heart disease. Because of certain platelet functions, there must be extracellular calcium involved, so if nifedipine also inhibits the passage of calcium through the platelet membrane, it may affect platelet reactivity. This article discusses the platelet adhesion and cohesion function and bleeding time before and after nifedipine in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD).
