本刊1979年第1期“用乳酸调节碳酸氢钠注射液pH值并改善其澄明度的实验”一文中提出:“于碳酸氢钠注射液中加适量乳酸既能很好稳定pH值,又能明显改善澄明度,在无条件充二氧化碳的情况下应用此法,效果可靠,简易可行”。我院制剂室自1981年起为避免通CO_2气的繁琐操作,依据此文改用下列处方:碳酸氢钠500g,乳酸50ml,EDTA—2Na 0.6g,注射用水加至10000ml。配法为:取碳酸氢钠、ED-TA-2Na加注射用水适量于50℃左右搅拌溶解。另取乳酸50ml加注射用水1000ml稀释后加入碳酸氢钠药液内,加0.1%针用活性炭搅拌15分钟,抽滤除炭,补足水量后用微孔过滤膜(1.2μm)精滤灌装。我们在2年多的实践中体会到,该处方虽能改善
