《幼儿园教育纲要》(试行草案)规定:“幼儿园的教育任务应是向幼儿进行体、智、德、美全面发展的教育,使其身心健康活泼地成长,为入小学打好基础,为造就一代新人打好基础。”为了实现这个任务,“纲要”提出了在幼儿园整个教育工作中必须注意贯彻的几点要求,指出:“要让幼儿多看、多听、多想、多说、多做,使幼儿的智力、才能和个性生动活泼地得到发展。”当前在幼儿园教育中较为普遍存在的现象是对幼儿限制多、要幼儿服从多、成人包办多,幼儿自由少、活动少,严重地影响幼儿主动性、积极性的发挥,妨碍幼儿体、智、德、美各方面生动活泼、主动的发展及良好个性的形成。因此,认真学习和领会这一要求的精神,切实地加以贯彻,显得分外重要。为什么要强调幼儿生动活泼、主动地发展呢?
