Our Tianjin shoe factory is an old factory that produces civilian leather shoes. Its annual production capacity is about 2.5 million pairs. Its products are sold in 18 provinces, cities (districts) and 34 countries and regions. In 1987, it was rated as a national secondary enterprise. Since 1982, the archives work has been rated as the advanced unit of the Tianjin Second Light Bureau three times. In the second half of 1985, our factory established a management information file, which provided good results for the business management of the company. I. Raising the awareness of establishing the role of operating information files is the ideological basis for the establishment of operating information files. Can an old enterprise producing civil light industrial products play an economically leading role in economic system reform and create greater benefits for the country, the collective, and its employees? The economic benefits depend to a large extent on whether or not the market conditions can be grasped in a timely and accurate manner.
