本研究应用Western印迹技术,对16名职业接触氯甲醚的工人血清中的ras癌基因产物P21蛋白进行了检测,有两人P21蛋白表达过度,出现异常结合带,且这二人均为重度吸烟者,结果提示,肺细胞很可能发生恶性变。
In this study, we used Western blotting to detect the ras oncogene P21 protein in serum of 16 workers exposed to chloromethyl ether. Two of them expressed overexpressed P21 protein and showed abnormal binding bands, both of whom were heavy smokers The results suggest that lung cells are likely to malignant change.
