河北省是试行政府采购制较早的省份。两年多来,这个省首先在党政机关和政法系统试行政府采购制度,之后逐步扩大范围,现已在省直所有机关、事业单位和全省各市县试行。新制度带来了巨大而深刻的变化:据统计,这个省试行政府采购的资金总量已达6.9亿元,节约资金总额8900万元;仅省直党政机关事业单位每年节约财政支出就达1500万元以上。
Hebei Province is the pilot province of earlier government procurement system. In the past two years or so, the province has piloted the government procurement system in party and government organs and in the political and legal system, and then gradually expanded the scope of the system. It has now been piloted in all organs and public institutions in the province and all the cities and counties in the province. The new system has brought tremendous and profound changes: According to statistics, the total funds for the pilot government procurement in this province have reached 690 million yuan and the total amount of funds saved has reached 89 million yuan. Only the provincial party and government organs and public institutions can save their financial expenditures annually 15 million yuan or more.
