在HAc-Na Ac缓冲液中基于亚硫酸根可将三价铁离子还原为亚铁离子,后者与2,2’-联吡啶形成红色配合物,由此提出了分光光度法测定工业燃煤锅炉排烟中二氧化硫的新方法。在体系最大吸收波长520 nm处,二氧化硫溶液浓度在3.2~40 mg/L范围内符合比尔定律,其回归方程为A=0.032 31c(μg/m L)-0.106 91,相关系数r为0.998 3,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为2.576×10~3L/(mol·cm)。将该法用于工业燃煤锅炉排烟中二氧化硫的检测,回收率在98.44%~100.3%之间。该法所用仪器简单,且操作简便、快速。
