茶文化非物质遗产是茶文化的重要组成部分,是我国劳动人民的智慧结晶,也是我国文明的结晶,其不仅具有较高的历史价值,对社会价值以及审美观的发展都有一定的影响。但就我国现有的法律制度而言,对于非物质遗产保护的力度还不够,特别是茶文化非物质遗产的法律保护更是存在着一定的问题。基于此,本文主要分析了茶文化非物质遗产的价值以及保护的迫切性,并以法律的角度总结归纳出了现阶段茶文化非物质遗产法律保护的困境和相应对策,旨在完善茶文化非物质遗产的法律保护。
