二苯羟乙酸-3-喹咛酯(Quninuclidinyl Benzilate,简称QNB)是一种强效的抗胆碱化合物。它和中枢胆碱能M型受体的结合特异性很高,可使人产生感情思维变化、精神行为紊乱等拟精神性作用,因此不能临床药用。抗胆碱药物的拟精神性作用是一个复杂的问题,目前还不能明确解释拟精神性作用就是中枢抗胆碱作用的直接结果。我们认为通过对QNB的化学结构改造,有可能在保留相当强度抗胆碱作用的同时,较多地减弱它的中枢拟精神性作用,这样才有提供药用的可能性,因此设计和合成了以下化合物:
Quninuclidinyl Benzilate (QNB) is a potent anticholinergic compound. It and the central cholinergic M-type receptor binding specificity is high, can make people have feelings of thinking changes, mental disorders such as psychotic effect, so can not be used clinically. The quasi-psychotropic effect of anticholinergic drugs is a complex problem, and it is not clear that the anticonvulsive effect is a direct result of the central anticholinergic effect. We believe that by modifying the chemical structure of QNB, it is possible to reduce its central quasi-psychosocial function while retaining a considerable anticholinergic effect, thus providing the possibility of medicinal use.
