有多种方法可去除病毒制剂中的支原体污染,如药物处理、补体结合、超高心、与巨噬细胞共同培养以及高稀释空斑形成。但遗憾的是这些方法常因费时和极少能去除全部支原体,以致病毒制剂(或处理过的细胞系)在连续传代后,重现抵抗或残存的支原体。本文报道了一种简单的溶剂抽提方法,能完全会除无包膜DNA病毒(腺病毒5型)和有包膜RNA甲病毒(罗斯河病毒,RRV)中未分型
There are several ways to remove mycoplasma contamination from viral preparations such as drug treatment, complement fixation, hypercardia, co-culture with macrophages, and high-dilution plaque formation. Unfortunately, however, these methods often result in time-consuming and minimal removal of all mycoplasmas, so that the viral agent (or treated cell line) reproduces the resistant or residual mycoplasma after successive passages. In this paper, a simple solvent extraction method is reported, which can completely remove the non-enveloped DNA virus (adenovirus type 5) and non-enveloped RNA virus (Ross virus, RRV)
