一种监测氯霉素血药浓度的高效液相色谱法,分析条件如下:分析柱:μbondpakC18;流动相:甲醇:1%乙酸(45:55);流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长:UV285nm,本方法样品峰分离好,保留时间为7.2min。峰高与浓度(1~50mg/L)呈线性(r=0.9999);血清提取回收率高,平均为92±3%;重复性好,变异系数<2.4%;正确性高,9个血清样品的测得浓度与配制浓度的差异为3.7±2.9%,特异性高,17种抗菌药物对氯霉素样品峰无干扰。本方法简单、灵敏、可靠,完全能满足临床对氯霉素血液及其他体液浓度的监测。
