阿苯达唑(肠虫清) 本品最初由英国生产供兽用,以后由法国生产供人用。1984年开始,国内药厂陆续生产。目前,美、英、日等国家均未批准生产。本品口服后的吸收部分在肝内迅速代谢为亚砜类,血浆T_(1/2)约为8h。本品虽已用于治疗肠道寄生虫病,但世界卫生组织最近发布的基本药物目录中仅将本品列为特殊抗蠕虫药,适应证为治疗包虫病和囊虫病,而治疗肠道寄生虫病的药物为甲苯咪唑、左旋咪唑、噻嘧啶、吡喹酮、哌嗪、氯硝柳胺及噻苯达唑,不包括阿苯达唑。
Albendazole (intestinal worm clear) This product was originally produced in the United Kingdom for the veterinary use, after production by France for human use.
