对我国林业投入问题进行了历史性考察,匡算出我国40年来营林投入不足额累计为75.35亿元,由此带来三个严重的历史性后果.在此基础上探讨了市场经济体制下林业投入问题关注焦点的变化,提出了构建我国林业投入机制的初步对策.
This paper makes a historic review of China’s forestry investment, and calculates that in the past 40 years China’s insufficient investment in forestry has totaled 7.535 billion yuan, resulting in three serious historic consequences. On the basis of this, Put the focus of attention changes, put forward the initial measures to build China’s forestry investment mechanism.
