今年以来,各地区、各有关部门继续认真贯彻党中央、国务院关于加强安全生产工作的部署,积极推进“隐患治理年”的各项工作,全国安全生产形势保持了总体稳定、趋于好转的发展态势,事故起数和死亡人数比去年同期均有所下降。但煤矿、交通运输、危险化学品、建筑施工等一些行业(领域)隐患仍然比较突出,事故时有发生,给人民群众生命财产造成严重损失。为进一步加大工作力度,有效遏制重特大事故的发生,促进国民经济和社会又好又快发展,经国务院同意,决定于4月下旬至7月底在全国范围内组织开展安全生产百日督查专项行动。——《国务院办公厅关于开展安全生产百日督查专项行动的通知》
