利用饱和溶液法制备对乙酰氨基酚与β-环糊精包合物(简称包合物)。经差热分析法进行鉴定,证明对乙酰氨基酸与β-环糊精(β-CD)确已形成包合物。并通过正交试验设计,对包合工艺条件进行优选,得到的包合物经含量测定主客分子比为1:3时包合率达39.15%。
Acetaminophen and β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound (abbreviated as clathrate) were prepared by saturated solution method. Differential thermal analysis of the identification proved that the amino acid and β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) has indeed formed an inclusion complex. Through orthogonal experimental design, the inclusion process conditions were optimized. The inclusion ratio was 39.15% when the host-guest ratio was 1: 3.
