建立了一种准确测定汽爆料三组分含量的方法。样品经过水洗除沙、烘干、粉碎、过筛等前处理过程,得粒度为40目样品,样品取样量为0.4 g。样品经浓硫酸、稀硫酸水解成单糖,利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)对样品进行测定。以浓硫酸浓度、稀硫酸酸解温度、稀硫酸酸解时间为考察因素设计正交实验。结果最佳测定条件为:浓硫酸质量分数为70%,稀硫酸酸解温度为121℃,稀硫酸酸解时间为1 h。该方法测得的玉米秸秆汽爆料纤维素、半纤维、木质素的质量分数分别为42.42%、2.52%和34.82%,RSDs(相对标准偏差)为0.06~0.23。
A method for accurately determining the content of three components in steam explosion was established. The samples were washed, desiccated, dried, crushed, sieved and other pretreatment processes to obtain a particle size of 40 mesh samples with a sample size of 0.4 g. Samples were concentrated sulfuric acid, sulfuric acid hydrolysis into simple sugars, using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) samples were measured. Orthogonal experiment was designed with the concentration of concentrated sulfuric acid, the temperature of dilute sulfuric acid and the acidification time of dilute sulfuric acid as the investigation factors. Results The optimum conditions for the determination were as follows: concentrated sulfuric acid mass fraction 70%, dilute sulfuric acid acid hydrolysis temperature 121 ℃, dilute sulfuric acid acid hydrolysis time 1 h. The results showed that the mass fraction of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin of corn stalk steam explosion material were 42.42%, 2.52% and 34.82%, respectively, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 0.06-0.23.
