为探讨隐睾患者患侧睾丸恶变的机理 ,采用免疫组织化学的方法 ,对 30例经临床确诊的先天性隐睾患者的患侧睾丸组织进行P53、Rb、nm2 3、C -berB - 2基因进行检测。结果发现nm2 3有 4例及C -berB - 2基因有 2例阳性结果 ,其中 1例腹腔型隐睾显示nm2 3、C -berB - 2基因两项均为阳性。结论 :提示隐睾患者患侧睾丸恶变可能与nm2 3、C -berB - 2基因变异有关 ,腹腔型隐睾更容易导致睾丸组织相关基因的变异
To investigate the mechanism of ipsilateral testicular malignancy in patients with cryptorchidism, immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of P53, Rb, nm23 and C -berB - 2 gene in the testis of 30 patients with clinically diagnosed congenital cryptorchidism Test. The results showed that there were 4 positive cases of nm23 and 2 positive cases of C -berB - 2 gene. One case of cryptorchidism demonstrated that both nm23 and C --berB - 2 genes were positive. Conclusion: The testicular malignant lesions in cryptorchidism patients may be related to the variations of nm23 and C -berB - 2 genes. Cryptorchidism of the abdomen may lead to the variation of testicular tissue related genes
