随着人们收入的增长和安全意识的加强，我国目前对生鲜农产品品质要求进一步提升，生鲜农产品供应链管理是提高流通效率保证品质的重要抓手，因此研究生鲜农产品管理尤为重要。通过研究国内外现状，分析国内管理存在的问题，借鉴国外成熟经验，从价格机制、信息传递、主体互动等三个方面提出优化措施，促进生鲜供应链管理水平的提高。“,”With the increase of people's income and the strengthening of safety awareness, China's current requirements for fresh agricultural products are further enhanced, fresh agricultural supply chain management is an important way to improve circulation efficiency and ensure quality, so it is particularly important to study fresh agricultural products management. By studying the currentrnsituation at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the problems existing in domestic management, draws on the mature experience of foreign countries, and proposes optimization measures from three aspects, including price mechanism, information transmission and subject interaction, to promote the improvement of fresh supply chain management level.
