The relationship between doctor and patient has always been the most basic and sensitive topic in the medical field in the society. Continued coverage of injuries by the Internet and the media has sharpened the image of both doctors and patients while intensifying the contradiction between doctors and patients. Defensive, excessive or even ineffective medical care has become a forcing of medical staffs trying to protect themselves and maintain the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
