从旅游决策涵义、决策影响因素两方面梳理旅游决策行为研究的进程。旅游决策的涵义无论是理性主义学派,还是非理性学派都有不同的概念;旅游决策行为影响因素复杂多样,研究主要集中在影响因素的确定、分类、相互关系、影响机制实证分析。国内外的研究主要在理论基础、研究方法、系统性方面存在差异。未来的研究需注重决策者面临的情境因素,考虑人类个体本身的复杂性、社会关系网络以及信息密集交互影响,成果应具有实践价值和理论解释功能。
