近年来,中国的纤维板行业发展迅猛,从2005年年产量2061万m3到2014年为6463万m3,增加了2倍多。但受世界经济和国内经济低迷的影响,中纤板企业出现了严重的相对需求不足,库存积压严重。消费者因生活水平的提高,对板材的性价比、环保安全、质量等要求也越来越高。如果没有对产品及时转型升级,跟上消费者需求的步伐,那么不是去库存,而是去企业了,在人造板行业中将被淘汰,成为历史。所以在新常态下,企业家能否及时领先完成在现有低端产品的基础上进行转型升级,提前完成供给侧改革,适应新常态,是关乎企业生死存亡的重要课题。要完成去库存,可从以下几个方面着手完成。
