本文选用16只正常家兔的眼供实验。实验前3~5天,用80%乙醇1~1.5ml,对兔一侧眼进行球后注射,使其失去神经支配。实验动物按自身对照法进行,在睫状神经节破坏前、后,分别观察毒扁豆碱和毛果芸香碱的缩瞳作用。俟节后纤维完全变性后,则毒扁豆碱对该侧眼的瞳孔括约肌作用完全丧失,而毛果芸香碱的作用仍存在,甚至还有所增强(即所谓去神经敏感化)。实验结果表明,用80%乙醇破坏睫状神经节法,可作为区分胆碱酯酶抑制剂和M胆碱受体激动剂,缩瞳作用机制不同的一种实验方法。
In this paper, the eyes of 16 normal rabbits were selected for experiment. 3 to 5 days before the experiment, with 80% ethanol 1 ~ 1.5ml, the rabbit side of the eye after injection, so that it lost the innervation. Experimental animals according to their own control method, ciliary ganglion damage before and after, were observed synergistic effect of physostigmine and pilocarpine. After tibial fibrosis completely denatured, the effect of physostigmine on the pupil sphincter of the lateral eye is completely lost, while the effect of pilocarpine still exists, and even enhanced (so-called denervation sensation). Experimental results show that 80% ethanol to destroy ciliary ganglion method can be used as a distinction between cholinesterase inhibitors and M choline receptor agonist, miotic effect of a different experimental mechanism.
