通过大量实验及初步临床观察可以看出:从中药女贞子中提取的齐墩果酸具有肯定促进淋巴细胞增殖和动物巨噬细胞吞噬功能、迟发超敏反应的效应,并与白细胞介素2(IL—2)具有协同作用。临床观察服用齐墩果酸后肿瘤患者的T淋巴细胞及巨噬细胞功能均有一定提高,而服用安慰剂的对照组则无明显变化。本文说明齐墩果酸至少是女贞子免疫调节作用的有效成分之一,值得进一步研究和试用。
Through a large number of experiments and preliminary clinical observations, it can be seen that oleanolic acid extracted from Ligustrum lucidum has the effect of promoting lymphocyte proliferation, phagocytosis of animal macrophages, and delayed hypersensitivity reaction, and is associated with interleukin 2 (IL-2) has a synergistic effect. Clinical observations of taking oleanolic acid in patients with T lymphocytes and macrophage function have increased, while taking the placebo in the control group no significant change. This article shows that oleanolic acid is at least one of the active ingredients of the immunomodulatory effect of Ligustrum lucidum and deserves further study and trial.
