对新型过氧戊二酸消毒液杀菌和灭活HBsAg效果进行试验,同时观察了新型过氧戊二酸加缓蚀剂后的消毒效果。结果表明,1％新型过氧戊二酸消毒液在正常使用过程中,杀灭细菌繁殖体芽胞效果与不加稳定剂的过氧戊二酸消毒液无明显差别,新型过氧戊二酸消毒液加缓蚀剂后灭活HBsAg的作用明显增强。
