目的了解银川市各类食品中单增李斯特菌污染状况。方法按照《2009-2011年各年度国家食源性疾病监测手册》中单增李斯特菌要求的检验方法进行检验。结果 345份样品中检出14株单增李斯特菌,阳性率为4.06%,其中肉及肉制品的污染率最高(9.68%),其次为速冻熟制米面制品(6.67%)。其它均未检出单增李斯特菌。结论银川市市售的肉及肉制品、速冻熟制米面制品中均有不同程度的单增李斯特菌污染,存在着单增李斯特菌引起疾病的潜在危险,应加大卫生监管力度。
Objective To understand the pollution status of Listeria monocytogenes in various kinds of food in Yinchuan. Methods According to the test method of Listeria monocytogenes in the “National Foodborne Disease Surveillance Handbook for 2009-2011”. Results Among the 345 samples, 14 strains of Listeria monocytogenes were detected, the positive rate was 4.06%. The contamination rate of meat and meat products was the highest (9.68%), followed by frozen cooked rice products (6.67%). Other were not detected Listeria monocytogenes. Conclusions Listeria monocytogenes was contaminated to some extent in both meat and meat products and frozen cooked rice products in Yinchuan City. There was a potential risk of diseases caused by Listeria monocytogenes, and health supervision should be strengthened.
