无锡市新安实验小学地处悠悠太湖之滨,紧邻苏州地界,由于远离无锡市区,总深感学校各方面存在诸多不足。为实现“优势互补、资源共享、协作交流、共同发展”的目标,新小早在2008年就与区域内的兄弟学校——后宅中心小学、泰伯实验学校以及硕放中心小学,以四校联合教研活动的形式,展开校际间的交流研讨,不断推进学校课程改革的进程,深化课程改革的实践,转变教师教育教学的观念,从而提高教育教学的质量。一年的校际联动让新小惊喜地发现:加强区域内的资源整合,合乎教育科学
