按照省委、省政府要研究规划沿海经济带发展的要求,近日我们专程去了海南省学习、调研,参观了咨询研究机构、椰子加工等企业。通过初步考察,我们深刻地感到,虽然海南建省晚,其经济实力、发展水平不及辽宁,但他们可持续发展的劲头很足,在发展中有很多成功的做法和经验值得辽宁借鉴。
In accordance with the requirements of planning for the development of the coastal economic zone, the provincial party committee and the provincial government have recently made a special trip to Hainan to study, research and visit consulting and research institutions and coconut processing enterprises. Through preliminary investigation, we are profoundly aware that despite the late construction of Hainan Province, its economic strength and development level are less than those of Liaoning. However, their momentum for sustainable development is very strong. Many successful practices and experiences in development deserve Liaoning’s reference.
