根据笔者从事的刷镀研究和对实物刷镀的经验,并参照了国内外的有关资料,总结了三方面工艺上的经验:1.铸铁机床导轨划伤的修复,采用先刷镀镍和铜层、再钎焊锡铋合金,最后刷镀工作层的“夹钎镀”法,对其原理及整个工艺过程都作了详尽的叙述;2.防止铁合金刷镀液氧化的措施和工艺规范上的特殊要求;3.厚镀层的刷镀,用异种镀层的逐层夹镀的“夹层镀”和同种镀层的分层叠镀的“分层镀”法可增加镀厚能力,一般单边镀层厚度可达1mm以上,并规定了夹层镀的各层镀种的合理组合及分层镀的具体操作规程.
