目的:研究硒锗联合作用对氟致大鼠体内铜、锌、铁的影响。方法:给SD大鼠饮用含NaF(100mg/L) 的蒸馏水90天,同时灌胃给予Na2SeO3[0.1mg/kg(BW·d)]和或Ge-132[10mg/kg(BW·d)]。对大鼠血清、肝、肾组织中的铜、锌、铁含量进行了测定。结果:硒锗联合对氟诱导的大鼠血清、肝、肾中的铜降低具有明显抑制作用,对氟诱导的大鼠血清的锌、铁含量降低具有明显抑制作用,对氟诱导的大鼠肝中的铁含量降低具有明显抑制作用。对氟诱导的大鼠肝中的锌含量升高具有明显协同作用。结论:硒锗联合对氟诱导的大鼠体内微量元素的影响具有协同作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of combined selenium and germanium on copper, zinc and iron in rats induced by fluoride. Methods: SD rats were treated with distilled water containing NaF (100mg / L) for 90 days while intragastrically administered Na2SeO3 [0.1mg / kg (BW · d)] and Ge-132 [10mg / kg ]. The contents of copper, zinc and iron in serum, liver and kidney of rats were determined. Results: The combination of selenium and germanium significantly inhibited the decrease of copper in serum, liver and kidney induced by fluorine, and significantly inhibited the decrease of zinc and iron content in serum induced by fluorine. Fluorine-induced rat liver In the iron content has a significant inhibitory effect. There is a clear synergistic effect on the increase of zinc content in F-induced rat liver. Conclusion: The synergistic effect of the combination of germanium and germanium on the trace elements in rats induced by fluorine is synergistic.
